We pride ourselves on our professional service as well as our family atmosphere. At Automated Accounts we aim to create the best working environment for our staff.

AAI has a low employee turnover rate, more than half of our workforce has been with us for 6 years or longer. Our employees are the reason we’re successful, and it takes a long time to train someone to get them up to speed, so with the economy’s downturn, it’s especially important we hold on to our staff.

Our management and collector specialists have over 75 years combined experience in the collection industry. Our commitment to dependability and customer service are key reasons for our rapid growth. We also realize that employees are our most valuable asset. Treating them with respect and loyalty has earned us the same in return.

Our goals are to continue to expand and maintain the winning formula that has brought us success.

We are not in business to become the biggest agency, just the best. We achieve this goal by extensive training of high caliber-people by our unique and proven collection methodology and by building strong relationships with each of our clients.

President's Message

Thank you for considering Automated Accounts to handle your collections.

When I started working in this industry thirty plus years ago, I was determined to be the best collector I could be. I believed I could accomplish that by being positive, upbeat and helpful to the clients I represent and to the consumers who, for whatever reasons, were unable to satisfy their obligations to those clients. As I learned the industry, I discovered that many of the consumers I spoke with were good, honest, hard-working people who, for a variety of reasons, had stumbled and fallen into financial difficulty. Using kindness and a positive approach, I was able to help them find a way to satisfy their obligations while maintaining their dignity and staying out of court. Most of the consumers I deal with thank me for helping them resolve their debts. I have become what I set out to be - a White Hat in a Black Hat industry.

Each of Automated's collectors knows and shares this philosophy. It is that desire to be a positive influence that keeps us together, makes us an effective team and creates an upbeat work environment. I am delighted to have assembled an amazing team of players that helps Automated Accounts maintain the standards I set out to meet. Members of our staff include eight employees that have been here for over a decade, and another ten that have been here over five years. Collectively, our staff has over 200 years of collection experience. I'd like to introduce you to a few of our key members:

Kaylee has been with Automated since 2005. In her time at Automated she has held various positions including Data Entry Clerk, Legal Assistant, Client Support Staff, and Administrative Assistant. Kaylee prides herself on providing excellent customer service by offering solutions to our clients and consumers.

    With over 14 years of collection experience, Jack has a great understanding of the difficulties consumers face when dealing with a collection account and strives to resolve accounts in an amicable and professional manner.  Jack has worked for AAI in many different capacities since February 2011, working with our sales, legal and collection teams and ensuring that all processes are maintained for efficient operations.  Additionally, he enjoys working with our clients in a customer service capacity, answering questions on the collection process, helping with our online systems, generating custom reports & analysis, or discussing accounts that need special attention.

        Adam began his career at Automated Accounts in 2003 as an entry-level collector. Managing the collection floor for over 10 years, his approach with consumers fits Scott’s philosophy that both developed and helped him to excel in collections. With the constant changes in 3rd party collections, his experience helps with the growth of our staff. Adam really enjoys working with consumers to find resolutions on difficult issues.
