AAI has a low employee turnover rate, more than half of our workforce has been with us for 6 years or longer. Our employees are the reason we’re successful, and it takes a long time to train someone to get them up to speed, so with the economy’s downturn, it’s especially important we hold on to our staff.

Our management and collector specialists have over 75 years combined experience in the collection industry. Our commitment to dependability and customer service are key reasons for our rapid growth. We also realize that employees are our most valuable asset. Treating them with respect and loyalty has earned us the same in return.
